My Story
Having worked internationally for a number of years, I returned to Ireland to start my third-level education at University College Galway. I subsequently completed a Master's in Human Resource Management at University College Dublin and a Higher Diploma in Coaching Psychology at University College Cork.
With over 20 years of professional experience spanning HR, recruitment, and talent development, gained across both international and Irish organisations, I have developed an extensive insight into how companies hire, develop talent, and shape careers from within.
This wealth of experience, combined with my specialist expertise in coaching psychology, informs every aspect of my work at Career Design Hub.
